Sithi household survey

Is anyone in your household unwell?

Each week we ask a few questions about symptoms in your household. Together the answers give an independent picture of winter illness across the UK, published every Tuesday in the Sithi Illness Index. It takes under two minutes. Adults only.

About you and your household

Asked once. We do not ask for your name or address.

Your age

Your sex (optional)

For example BN for Brighton or G for Glasgow. Letters only, not the numbers. This tells us your region and nothing more precise.

How many people live in your household, including you?

The last 7 days

In the last 7 days, has anyone in your household had any of these symptoms: fever or chills, tiredness or feeling generally unwell, headache, muscle or body aches, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, a runny or blocked nose, vomiting or diarrhoea?

A weekly reminder (optional)

If you would like a reminder, enter your email address. It is kept in a separate store from your answers and is never linked to them. We will email you once to confirm. Reminders come at most once a week and each has a link to stop them.

Your answers

Your household is recognised by a private link saved in this browser, so you do not need an account. You can also bookmark the link shown after you answer to use another device.
